Opened products

Because the integrity of research materials depends on handling and storage after they leave our control, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Email info@verovabio.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method less shipping, once the product is received and inspected.

Damaged, incorrect or short shipments

Report these within seven days of delivery and we will replace or credit the affected items at no cost.

Cancellations

An order request can be cancelled at any time before it is invoiced. After payment, cancellation is treated as a return under the terms above.
